You can only cancel your order before your order has been marked as ready for fulfilment or shipped. Please note that we cannot cancel any orders once they have been shipped from our warehouse and has been delivered to you.
If you wish to cancel a COD order, please contact customer support, by raising a ticket on our website and they will assist you with the same.
Please note that we cannot cancel a prepaid order once it has been shipped from our warehouse.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Platinum Vapes Pvt. Ltd. marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

ivape.in follows a very strict warranty programme on all its devices. Our warranty programme is a defect on arrival programme. Our warranty program only covers manufacturing defects which are reported to us within 24 hours of order delivery. Please note that damages/broken tanks/ breakage are not covered in this warranty programme.

Refunds are possible only in case of orders which have not been shipped from our warehouse. Please note it takes at least 2 weeks to process your refund.
